Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth order processing.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please mention your order number in the request.
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Cancellation requests sent via Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or any platform other than official support channels will not be considered valid.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and initiate a return request as per our [Return & Refund Policy].

3. COD Order Cancellation

• COD orders may require confirmation via phone/SMS/WhatsApp.
  
  
• Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.
  
  
• Frequent cancellations of COD orders may lead to the disabling of the COD option for your future purchases.
  
  

4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.).
Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Seller Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following scenarios:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued
  
  
• Invalid address or incomplete information provided
  
  
• Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway or fraud detection system
  In such cases, you will be notified and issued a full refund (if already paid).
